Salty Dog Diving is based out of Fort Lauderdale, Florida. We are a small and full service Scuba dive outfitter that can accommodate single divers or groups up to 20. We have experience teaching kids and adults alike. Whatever your diving style - we are happy to accommodate! If you are looking to get certified, furthering your dive education, or just have fun - we are ready to get our paws wet with you!
We offer courses from Open Water to Divemaster. If you are just getting started or looking to make diving a career, we have a course for you!
We offer local trips in Fort Lauderdale, including beach and boat dives. We have dive trips to foreign destinations as well! Some of our excursion destinations include the Florida Keys, Bahamas, Bermuda and the Cayman Islands.
Training Courses
Have you always wanted to learn how to scuba dive and explore the underworld? From beginners to those who are looking for a scuba refresher course, our custom classes will suit your goals. A PADI certification is your roundtrip ticket to any destination under the sea.
We can certification courses according to your availability, so you can take classes that fit your schedule.
Local Diving in Fort Lauderdale
If you're traveling to the Ft. Lauderdale/Miami area, a shore dive is a must do. South Florida is home to the best shore diving in the U.S. We are also a short drive to the Florida Keys. Day trips are available. We are happy to carry, store and set up your gear when diving with Salty Dog Diving. We believe in full service diving, so you can relax and we’ll take care of the rest!
If you’re looking for a relaxing and shallow shore dive join us off the beach for morning and afternoon dives available every week day.
Exotic Dive Excursions
Can't get enough of diving? Book a trip that revolves around all things scuba diving. Join dive enthusiasts like yourself to decompress and escape the hustle and bustle on land. Due to COVID-19, travel is postponed.
We offer trips ranging from 4-10 days. We travel to the Keys and many tropical islands in the Caribbean including The Bahamas, Bermuda and the Cayman Islands.
